AVOID RETURNS BY TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS
At La Reina, it is our goal to offer you a worry-free on-line shopping experience. Your satisfaction is top priority. We want to offer you a place to shop where you can trust that you will get the help you need.

You can help too, by knowing your own exact measurements and viewing the detailed measurement charts for each item instead of just ordering by your usual dress size or size category. Until clothing sizes are standardized world-wide, this is the secret to successful on-line clothes shopping! Measurements for each garment are provided in the garment description.

If you would like some help with fitting, please take advantage of the Costume Measurement Questionnaire. Just fill it in with the appropriate measurements, and the name of the item you are interested in, and we will be happy to advise you.

If in doubt about your size, you can get a general idea by checking the USA Size Charts. This is especially important for overseas buyers, as UK sizes are not the same as US sizes. Generally, a UK size 12 would order a USA size 10 - one size down, but best to measure and be sure.

BUYING TURKISH AND EGYPTIAN COSTUMES
Just like wedding dresses, most costumes require some nips and tucks to fit you perfectly. We want to send you a costume that you, or your seamstress can work with. Before buying a costume we suggest that you take advantage of our Confidential COSTUME MEASUREMENT QUESTIONNAIRE. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of La Reina Goddess Wear. By doing so, you can avoid costly return shipping charges and restocking fees.

REFUND POLICY
1) Contact us via email within 3 days of receipt to advise of intention to return.
2) Item must be shipped post-marked within 3 days of original receipt. (Slow service OK)
3) Item must be returned in unworn, unused condition (other than trying it on for size.)
4) Shipping is non-refundable
5) Egyptian and Turkish costume returns will be charged a restocking fee of 10%.
6) Replacements for items not received cannot be mailed  to a new address as it voids the insurance. Be sure to forward your mail if you move.

**Note: Sorry to mention it, but any costume  or clothing that shows wear or odors will be refunded up to a MAXIMUM of 1/3 the original price, less shipping, less a 10% restocking fee - in other words don't even THINK of ordering a costume, wearing it and then returning it.

PAYMENT
La Reina Goddess Wear offers PayPal as the payment gateway of choice. There is no need to have an actual PayPal account. You can pay with your Visa or MasterCard through Paypal and enjoy the most secure on-line payment vehicle in the world. Not even La Reina will see your payment details, so don't worry!

If you prefer, we do accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. That is, a money order issued by USPS, Canada Post, or Royal Mail in US or Canadian dollars only, please. Contact us via email, phone or fax to reserve your item, confirm exchange rates if necessary and  receive mailing details for your money order.

Handling Time:
Your purchase will be shipped to you promptly, generally within two business days.

Shipping Method:
You will be glad to know that there is no mark-up on shipping and no handling charges. All shipping rates shown are based upon Parcel Post, and have been chosen based on best way when considering cost and speed.

Delivery Time:
We ship promptly, generally within 2 business days. Depending on your location, delivery may take an ADDITIONAL 10 to 12 BUSINESS days, perhaps longer depending on the postal service and/or customs clearance in your country or during peak mailing periods. Of course, we have no control over timing of delivery once your purchase is delivered to the Post Office. Please leave adequate time to receive your item prior to a special event, or a change of residence. A package will not be considered missing until 5 weeks from time of mailing.

Replacements for items not received cannot be  mailed to a new address as this voids your insurance. Be sure to notify your post office of your move and make arrangements to forward your mail if you are expecting a delivery.

If you need a guaranteed delivery date please email us for cost estimates prior to placing your order.

Weight Limitations:
Shipping costs will be shown on shopping cart purchases up to a maximum weight of 8 KG. Please email for costs to ship orders above the maximum weight that are specific to your combination of items and destination.

Cross Border Shipping:
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional taxes or duties that your government may require.

TROUPES
We are happy to accommodate troupes by organizing group orders and offering you a 5% discount on orders of 5+ similar items, plus combined shipping based on actual weight and size of the shipment. Please email us to discuss your needs.
