SHIPPING POLICY

We ship regularly to Canada, the USA, Great Britain and Australia. You will be glad to know that there is no mark-up on shipping and no handling charges. All shipping rates shown are based upon Parcel Post, and have been chosen based on best way when considering cost and speed.
  • Your purchase will be packaged and mailed to you promptly, generally within 2 BUSINESS DAYS.
  • Most destinations require 10 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive. Possibly longer during peak mailing periods. (This is out of our control.)
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed, so please leave some time for your package to arrive.
  • You are responsible for any additional taxes required by your countries' customs regulations.
  • A package will not be considered missing until 6 weeks from time of mailing.
  • If you need a guaranteed delivery date please email us for cost estimates prior to placing your order
  • NOTE: For coverage purposes with Paypal, your item will be shipped to the CONFIRMED ADDRESS ON YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT

SHIPPING DETAILS

We do not mark up shipping or charge a handling fee. All costs are based on weight and shipped best way via Canadian Postal Service. It is however, difficult to configure exact shipping on all of the many possible combination of goods and destinations that we serve. You will be pleased to know that should there be a significant difference in actual versus charged shipping rates we will refund the difference. Please keep in mind that our products are of the best quality and many do have some weight to them. Valuable items such as costumes are based on shipping services that allow for appropriate levels of insurance and therefore appear higher than for other items. Rates include Air Mail Parcel Service where applicable.

IMPORTANT: Delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you require guaranteed delivery, please contact us for additional shipping costs or leave adequate time to receive your item prior to a special event.

Shipping Schedule: For US and GB destinations, see table below for approximate delivery times and add 2 business days for handling. Also, additional days may be required for customs clearance. Ontario residents may receive delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days. Provinces outside of Ontario can expect 7 - 10 Business Days.

Delivery times increase during peak mailing periods such as Christmas.
Delivery time may also be affected by level of postal service in your own country, and your proximity to a major city, and is beyond our control.

Non-Receipt: Items will not be considered lost until 6 weeks after ship date. Replacement items cannot be shipped to a new address, as this voids your insurance. If moving during scheduled arrival time, please be sure to submit a forwarding address to your Post Office.

Proof of Delivery: Proof of Delivery and/or a signature is required for orders exceeding 1 KG. Costs are included in shipping price.

Large Orders: If your order exceeds 8 KG please contact us for shipping costs specific to the size and weight of your order.

Cross Border Shipping:
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional taxes or duties that your government may require.
